A Great Day

Hello fellow human beings! The bowling trip was awesome! I went bowling with the 7th and 8th grade at Harlem Lanes and it was so much fun! Even though my team got split up and I kept getting kicked out of teams and stood around like an idiot for a while, it was great. I'm better at bowling than I thought I would be especially since I haven't gone bowling in, like, 5 years. I had to pay Skylar $1 though, because I lost the bet that I could beat him. Grrr....
After shoveling down my lunch with David right before we started, I- like any normal human being- was thirsty. So after my second turn, I went to get a soda. Big mistake. I was in line so long that, with six people on the team, I missed 2 of my turns. When I finally got to the cashier, the lady gave me 1) seltzer instead of sprite 2) $8 instead of $18. So, she took the "sprite" back, gave me $9 more and took FOREVER to give me my soda and another dollar.
It was awesome, though, cause I had fun bowling and even though Christian tried and failed to win me Brian (from Family Guy) in one of those machines, I had a great time hanging with my friends that I don't usually spend much time with.

Back at school, we all watched the beginning of Spider Man 1 before leaving. Unfortunately, I bit of all my nails and chipped all my nail polish. That always happens with movies.

At 7:00, my girl friends from church and I had dinner at Sister Cameron's apartment for our Young Women leaders, Amy and Natalie, who are moving! *tear tear* It was fun, even though Carrie was asleep when we got there and asleep when we left. Her mom said she just got back from D.C. and it was impossible to wake her up. :)

Well, I'm off to re-paint my nails and begin my cucumber-ization. Talk later!

Glad you had fun bowling! I love hangin' with all my friends like that ... always a blast! :D
Right before a horse show I get the cliche nervous nail-biting ... ugh. I never have any fingernails left after a show. And I havn't been able to paint my nails in forever because I get strange looks from my fellow exhibitors if I ride into the arena at a show with black fingernails ... ;)
