Title Taken

I've been real busy with my other blog so I haven't posted much on this one. I'll be leaving tomorrow, but I get back Sunday. I'm going to Myrtle Beach, S.C. Woot woot! I painted my toes bright green and my fingers dark blue for the occasion.

Oh, sudden new subject, I just finished reading this amazing book called Evernight by. It's great! It's about a girl who is going to a new boarding school (Evernight) with her parents as teachers. She meets a boy named Lucas Ross (like Ryan! lol) and they immediately have a connection. Outcasted by the "Evernight type" they stick together with their two friends. But as the school year goes on, their relationship is strained. And things get a little- bloody. If you love blood, vampires, love stories and twists and turns, you'll LOVE this book. The author does an amazing job at describing things so you feel like you're in the middle of it all. There's a shocking twist in the middle that completely throws you offgaurd. I could tell you this book is about vampires, but you'll never guess what happens. The author also does a great job at making you connect and empathize with the characters. you know the kind that you start yelling at the character out loud while you're reading it? Yeah, that kind.

Anyway, it's just amazing and I'm very pleased to have found a great vampire book that isn't cheesy or predictable or stupid, which is very hard to come across.

Sorry for my rambling, and I'll see you all Sunday! Bye!

ooh that book sounds good.

I love your blog's colors! I can't believe it's taken me this long to visit. . .sorry -_-

I think both you and cowgirl4christ would enjoy "Midwinter Nightengale" by Jona Aiken. It's not vampire, it's were-wolf, but it has the same magical feel. Actually all her books are great, hard to find though. =[
